Very Personable, Easy to work with.
Len listed our property at Avoca Beach, NSW. He was very good at listening to what my husband and I wanted and was great at offering advice on what the market is currently doing and what buyers were looking for. One open home and 24hrs later we were in contract, at asking price. He is an excellent agent with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!

Sloping driveways
James was polite, friendly and enthusiastic. He seemed to be always at work, ie you could call him after hours and he would call you after hours with updates etc. You knew that he was endeavoring to sell your house. James was on top of what the market was doing and openly discussed this with you. I think the only negative thing we could say is that we would have appreciated James advising us of the negative points re the selling of our house up front not as we went along so that we were not so disappointed in the final price.

Smashed it

Talking to a real person - not a sales person
Jodie was an absolute delight to deal with. She always gave realistic advice, was easy to contact, and worked the sale around the timeframe we wanted. There was no "salesperson" persona, just genuine advice from an industry expert.

Excellent communication
From the first open home Chantel was approachable, polite and genuine. She kept in touch with every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend Chantel when selling your property as she was a pleasure to work and made the transaction smooth and stress free.

Highly experienced and skilled Agent!
Liz assisted us well before we were ready to list our property. She was always diligent with updating us about local sales and happily gave us a evaluation with no pressure when we first showed interest. Once we were ready to sell she helped us with some outstanding advise and walked us through the process, which as first time house sellers really made the difference. Totally professional and achieved a great result
James was so easy to work with, and kept us up to date through all the processes involved with selling our home. He was always available, and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic agent!
