James was polite, friendly and enthusiastic. He seemed to be always at work, ie you could call him after hours and he would call you after hours with updates etc. You knew that he was endeavoring to sell your house. James was on top of what the market was doing and openly discussed this with you. I think the only negative thing we could say is that we would have appreciated James advising us of the negative points re the selling of our house up front not as we went along so that we were not so disappointed in the final price.

Jodie is extremely professional but also warm and approachable, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and really responsive. Obviously as buyers we recognize that agents are engaged to act in the seller's best interests, but despite that we found her to be firm, fair and frank in all her communications with us. She was always quick to respond and upfront with us. We crossed paths with her over a few months while looking for a place before finding this one, and always found her to be genuine and generous with her time, even when it was one of the places we weren't interested in. She was also really helpful with navigating the purchase process. I think it's telling that a number of people who buy properties from Jodie then go on to sell with her too. I would definitely recommend Jodie.
