James Astor handled the leasing of the apartment again this year, and it was another tremendous performance, with the apartment attracting a lot of interest and effectively let out on the day of the first home inspection! An agent I would recommend
I’ve found the staff at this agency have always been very good to deal with. My recent ‘letting’ experience led by James Astor has been excellent. He has kept me fully informed at all times. Commencing from a pre-open house inspection of the unit I knew what needed to be done in order to successfully re-let the property. I realise from the healthy attendance at the ‘open’ he knew and understood the present rental market.
