Responsive
James was very responsive to my needs, they came up with a plan which I reviewed and amended. He embraced the changes and went to work. I rented out the property with no fuss and importantly no rental gap between tenants. Highly recommended.

Couldn't have asked for better!
We had quite specific letting requirements (length of lease) which made the letting challenging for James Astor. However, James demonstrated primary consideration for our needs/wants as owners at all times and showed his considerable knowledge of the local rental market. James also had great resiliency and superb communication throughout. Thank you James! We would absolutely recommend!
