I am delighted to write a 5 star review for James and Erin, property managers at Raine and Horne Pyrmont. My apartment has been rented to a new tenant within a week of the former tenant vacating, which is good news for me. Both managers involved provided timely, professional and polite service. I felt they were determined to do the best by me and my property. Suggested improvements were acted upon quickly, and the whole re-renting process was effortless on my part. I am extremely satisfied with the service given, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them again for my other property.

My experience with Raine & Horne City Living, Pyrmont is great till now. Daniel was very open to answer the questions. The application process was quick and efficient, he replied promptly and communicated effectively with landlords. Erin is a very helpful property manager. She gave me some great advice to support me about finding good homewares and how to get used of the stuff here. Hiromi is also supportive and friendly in responses.
