Daniel Barkl was extremely helpful during my first inspection where he helped me out when I got lost and help to direct me to the correct location. As I was later than most he took me through the property on my own when he was probably already running late for other appointments. Following the inspection when I applied for the property the process was quick and easy and the application was accepted within 24 hours. He also arranged acceptance of my dog through strata and organised everything else I needed to get me sorted to move into my new home. Something to note for properties like this is maybe a little more info collected to provide to potential tenants. Unit number T02 has been particularly difficult to get utilities and internet sorted as they cannot seem to find the unit started with "T". Cheers.
