We decided to tenant our newly purchased 2 bed 2 br 1 car space apartment for around 2 years before downsizing and moving in ourselves. Given that there were 45 - 50 comparable apartments being advertised for lease in Pyrmont, it was essential to set a sensible market rental in order to secure a tenant within a reasonable period of time. Within about half an hour of my contacting her, Erin had emailed us an analysis of the previous 12 months leasings of comparable apartments in the same complex as a guide. Subsequently Erin and James advertised, held inspections, found and vetted a promising tenant and secured a deposit, all within a week. If everything goes as well in future as it has so far, we will be ecstatic.
