We decided to tenant our newly purchased 2 bed 2 br 1 car space apartment for around 2 years before downsizing and moving in ourselves. Within about half an hour of my contacting her, Erin had emailed us an analysis of the previous 12 months leasings of comparable apartments in the same complex as a guide. Subsequently Erin and James advertised, held inspections, found and vetted a promising tenant and secured a deposit, all within a week. If everything goes as well in future as it has so far, we will be ecstatic.
