James received an approved tenant for my apartment within 48 hours of listing, with the tenant moving in this Wednesday. This is the fastest any leasing agent I have worked with for the past 17 years has gotten a tenant into my apartment (which generally averages 1-2 weeks for this particular investment apartment). Carol Fung & Elena Diakovasilis on the property management side have been great and a pleasure to deal with. But a special mention to James Astor (Leasing), who managed to let the apartment in less than 2 weeks all in the middle of a lockdown in Sydney. A great result that exceeded my expectations.
