We couldn't have asked for a better agent to guide us in selling our property, from the start Paul was always genuine with his approach making us extremely comfortable when considering him as our agent. No request was too great as he accommodated many of our requests with no fuss working with us closely to achieve the best possible result. Pauls quality knowledge and experience of the area ultimately helped us make our final decisions throughout the auction process. We cannot recommend Paul highly enough, his honestly is hard to find in todays market and it made the daunting process of selling a home simple and as stress free as it could be. Prior to choosing Paul of Raine & Horne we met with a number of agents to discuss their approach to selling our house, the features they saw in our house and how they would tailor a marketing strategy to maximise interest and obtain a great sale price. Paul was clearly the best we spoke to and we had no hesitation in listing with him. We found Paul very responsive; listening to our ideas and concerns, answering our numerous questions and ultimately developing a marketing strategy that we felt comfortable with and proved to be very effective. He regularly (almost daily) communicated with us, gave us twice weekly verbal reports and weekly written reports on inspections and interest. He delivered on everything he said he would do; provided advice and encouragement when we faltered, and even provided some guidance on a house we were looking to purchase in another city. We have no hesitation in recommending Paul to any prospective vendor.
