We first met Paul Milkovic at an auction that he was conducting on behalf of a good friend who was more than happy with Paul's management of the sale of her property. He was very professional, friendly and informative so we decided to ask Paul to evaluate our property in Cherrybrook and put forward his proposal which we accepted. Paul is very approachable, helpful, honest and did not over or under inflate the property value and achieved an excellent outcome even while Sydney was in lockdown.
