In the worst market we've seen for years David persisted for us, adapting the sales strategy until our property sold.

Everything David said about the market, was accurate. He and Kate worked a minor miracle to get our unit on the market in such a short timeframe. The results speak for themselves!!!

I appointed David Hill to sell my property in this quiet market, he did a very good job negotiating with potential buyers and sold the unit in as auction.

I found David to be a good 'down to earth' agent. He was pretty accurate with the price he was quoting prospective purchasers, sometimes agents quote too low. I would recommend using David to sell properties, because as a purchaser he came across well to me.
