If you want to sell your property use this guy! After doing some research on real estate agents in the area we decided to ask Ric to help us sell our apartment in Bronte. Ric is not your stock standard real estate agent - he is a creative thinker, takes you and your property seriously and is extremely passionate about what he does. Not only does he really know his stuff, but he is sincere and down to earth (he will tell you how it is) and we knew that prospective purchasers would have confidence in him. He is also a hard worker, arrives at inspections on time and gets back to you after every inspection with feedback. Ric really impressed us and sold our property for a great price. We know it can be hard to find a good real estate agent (and even harder to find one you can trust), but you wont be disappointed if you use Ric.

Paul was simply amazing! He made the whole process so easy. He took care of our every need including sourcing the services of a painter, tradesperson, stylist and cleaner. Everything was done so effortlessly and looked fantastic. He communicated with us regularly updating us each time we had an open for inspection with the results. The final auction result was more than we hoped for so we were thrilled. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to friends, in fact, I have already done so.
