Julie has taken great care of our property needs for several years. My wife and I have 100% total trust and satisfaction in her judgement, actions and genuine honourable people skills. I look forward to another fantastic 20 years...Cheers David Jenkins...
Raine & Horne Hobart
Jenna is an excellent agent, balancing both my needs as well as my tenants. Before I sold my property she ensured everything was properly finalised and that the property was left in the best condition. I would definitely want Jenna at Raine and Horne to represent me again.
Raine & Horne Hobart
I have valued my association over many years with Raine & Horne, especially because Julie Barwick is the most helpful, knowledgeable, proactive and people-friendly property manager I have ever met. She knows the real estate business inside out and I have always found her advice useful. So I can highly recommend her to new clients.
Raine & Horne Hobart
From the day of the inspection of viewing the property to the day of accepting the keys, Sharon and all the other staff have been absolutely incredible and professional.
Raine & Horne Hobart
Raine and Horne Hobart is easily the best agency I have ever dealt with in my life - and I have had dealings with a lot of agencies in renting, buying and selling. All of the staff are extremely well spoken, very efficient and great communicators. I would highly recommend them to anybody, you would probably not find better anywhere. Thank you Sharon, for the fantastic service!
Raine & Horne Hobart
My experience from first enquiry about what has become my new home has been second to none! Every step has been professional, easy to deal with, and welcoming with some nice extra touches. Communication has been great, leasing efficient, and the property presented A1 exceptional for start of lease. I feel confident in my property manager Julie and Raine & Horne. I have never had a better start renting a property. There is value in this level of service that should be considered by those comparing rental properties. I highly recommend Rate Raine & Horne.

absolutely fantastic service and follow up, great team to work with
Raine & Horne Hobart
We moved to Hobart from Interstate in March 2021, and had to find accommodation via phone and Internet communication. Raine and Horne Hobart processed our application rapidly and the turn-around time from application to result was exceptional. This allayed our fears, and gave us a huge sense of relief after the delays we had been through with other agencies. Given the Covid restrictions were always looming in the background, booking furniture removal and being certain of accommodation after crossing Bass Strait were always time-reliant. So it was a definite moment of appreciation when our Raine and Horne agent, Sharon Taylor, emailed us with the good news of our acceptance. We cannot speak highly enough of the great service and clear communication we experienced. Sharon understood all of the issues of ending our current lease and packing-up and cleaning that place, while simultaneously organising accommodation, power and Internet in our new Hobart accommodation. She made certain to save every moment to avoid delays. Our rented home is everything it was represented to be, which speaks to the honesty and integrity of this agent and her agency. Thank you Sharon, and thank you Raine and Horne, Davey Street, Hobart.

I had the thorough pleasure to rent through Sharon at Raine and Horne for nearly 8yrs. Sharon was my first contact for all things. When Covid hit, Sharon helped our family through the first few months as we were highly impacted. She was our angel.. At the same time protecting her clients investment, the house we were renting. We have recently left Tasmania and the one thing we really miss is our agent. If you are an owner, please list with Sharon. She is thorough, she is always on top of things, good or bad and will have your best interests at heart. Her team behind her is also brilliant and we would always look forward to our quarterly inspections with Chloe as well. Do yourself a favour. List with these guys.. There is a reason they are known as the best.. Because it is true.
