Sharon Taylor has helped me and my family manages several properties. Together we dealt with some challenging circumstances to bring properties to a place where they were properly managed. Sharon was helpful throughout the process. We bought the properties unto a good standard that attracted good tenants in consultation with Sharon. Sharon helped us throughout the process and our properties are consistently well maintained, providing a home to good tenants with constant occupancy. Most of all, I have enjoyed working with Sharon. I have found her to be an easy person to relate to, of good humor, hard working and fair.

Our property manager, Sharon, has gone above and beyond to help get our property ready to rent out and in managing it once ready. There have been a number of unexpected issues come up that Sharon has handled efficiently and professionally without us having to worry at all. As out of state owners who can't get down due to the border restrictions, it's been such a relief to having someone we trust looking after our tenants and property.

When returning to Tassie from Melbourne in March 2017 Sharon was able to obtain a modern townhouse for us in Blackmans Bay. We lived there for 3 years with Sharon as our property manager - excellent service

We have had the best rental experience with Raine & Horne, Hobart since 2018. The past two years went hassle-free with professional service offered from R & H and the best thing was we had an amazing property manager, Sharon Taylor. She was very friendly, professional, punctual and prompt with the tenant support and responses/action to any requested work within the property. I truly experienced that R&H also value and care the tenants and seemingly act as a bridge between owner and tenant. So glad that we ended up with R&H and highly recommend to avail their service across the rental market. Sadly had to leave being rented for 2 years as we bought a house; otherwise would have continued renting with R&H. We were so happy with Sharon and her company! Keep up the good work R&H.
