I don’t love moving around so I don’t have experience with many agencies, bright side is that I get to have long relationships with the ones that manage the property where I’m living at! Working with Sharon in the past 3 years was an absolute pleasure, she is the most organised and competent Manager we have had so far, since moving to Australia! Sharon was always easy to deal with, extremely professional and very helpful! We’ve never been stood up in that place, she, along with the owner have always looked after us with the same kindness we were looking after the place. Thank you Sharon and all hobart Raine and Horne team

We have recently moved into a property made easy by the efficient and open communication provided by the Real Estate and agent. The small gestures made like the little gift pack when picking the keys up or the Happy Birthday messages sent on your birthday have quickly build trust and rapport. It has been a comfortable move and the hard things have been made easy by Raine and Horne Hobart.

Sharon has been great at stepping me through and managing the process of renting out my first house. She is quick to act and got tenants in on the date required. Communication has been fast and consistent.

Sharon and the team have leased our Hobart investment property multiple times and we find their market and tenant advice invaluable in getting the best return possible combined with the best tenants available. I would recommend them.

I have now engaged R&H a number of times to find a suitable tenant for me and I have been totally satisfied each time. On this occasion there was no lost time at all between the tenancies. Very pleased.
