Filippo was referred from a friend and certainly didn’t disappoint! From day 1, you could tell of Filippo’s many years of experience and knowledge of Marrickville. He sold our 2 bedroom apartment with great results! Like that he used feel and data to make help make our decisions. Communication is key when selling a property and Filippo kept me up to date at every crucial step of the process, and provided guidance. Was never pushy or felt rushed. Our situation was slightly complex with a tenant still in the property during the campaign period and Filippo shared the pros and cons and different options. Couldn’t have been happier using Filippo and his team!

I met Giuseppe when he sold a unit in my complex at Dulwich Hill and it was an easy and immediate decision to retain him to sell my unit. Giuseppe is a fantastic communicator, approachable, honest and was always available to answer my many questions without delay. As I was both selling and buying a unit in the inner west, Giuseppe's market knowledge, advice and support during both processes was invaluable. It was simply a joy to work with Giuseppe and the team at Raine and Horne and we achieved an amazing outcome with the sale of my unit. I couldn’t recommend working with Giuseppe more highly, he is an amazing agent and person, thank you.

Xavier Lucas was the ultimate professional. Exceptional communication, which is exactly what you need when selling your house. Lucas is genuine and honest and always managed my expectations (there are good weeks and not so good weeks during a campaign) We had a tenant whilst selling and Lucas walked us through all the scenarios and the best strategy. Definitely recommend Xavier!

Very helpful, thoroughly professional. Took away the stress and confusion of selling a property. Took carriage of organising variety of trades to bring the house up to sale condition. Prepared the marketing campaign and was very clear on how the sale would progress and potential price. Clear and constant communication, made what seemed and overwhelming and stressful process extremely easy. Know I made the right choice in selecting Giuseppe and the R&H team. Highly recommended.
