Xavier has been great to deal with in the purchasing of our home. In our property search we have come across numerous agents (sadly more often than not, not great ones). Even though we were the buyer in this instance - Xavier went out of his way to accommodate our needs - meeting us at the property during the settlement period to allow for trade quoting, measuring and enabling us to bring family along who were visiting from interstate so they could see our new home. He didn't need to do this but it was a massive help to us and we were very grateful. He also was prompt at responding to our requests and was reliable and responsive. It was also great from a purchaser's perspective to have someone local to the area we purchased in as the agent and we felt our interactions with Xavier were genuine and honest. Thanks again!

Our sales campaign was constantly reviewed using a combination of qualitative and quantitive data; this helped us validate our strategy and make any adjustments if needed. This approach means that you can make decisions based on real information at hand. Whilst I was provided with advice, I never felt any pressure from Filippo to follow his guidance. In the end, Filippo and his team delivered a great result - we surpassed the price record for my complex by a considerable margin! I was very appreciative of the help and support from the team at Raine and Horne, especially Filippo and Xavier who were very attentive to my many requests and questions concerning the sale of the family home. Selling a home can be stressful particularly when it has been in the family for generations but I feel it was certainly made less of an ordeal with their understanding, great advice and definitely the calming attention I received on many occasions when panic threatened to take over.
