Filippo was a surprise. Enthusiastic, hard working & diligent. Very refreshing from other Agency's I have dealt with. I would definitely recommend him

Giuseppe is a great agent that we would even consider as our friend. From the beginning he has been very sincere and hard working. We were informed adequately after every viewing and we were provided suggestions as to what actions to take and not forced into doing anything we were not entierly comfortable with. A great first experience with this great agent and we highly recommend him to anyone.

Fil and team were professional, organised and knowledgeable and always on top of the progress of my campaign. They knew the area and had all the stats and were cognisent of a new mum with little time - they used what time we had to ensure I felt I was always in good hands!

After missing out at an auction, Filippo understood our frustration and gave us the first opportunity to an off market property. Filippo has the market share in Marrickville and many buyers on his database so if you’re thinking of selling, call Filippo

I recently had the pleasure of working with Xavier Lucas on the sale of the family property, and I must say that the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. He was always prompt in responding to my inquiries and kept me updated on every development. The entire family appreciated his dedication to showcasing the property's unique features and attracting the right potential buyers. His commitment, combined with his effective communication, made the entire selling experience a positive one. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Xavier Lucas again in the future and am grateful for the outstanding service he has provided.

We couldn’t have asked for a more professional and responsive agent. Filippo’s people skills are amazing and we always felt not only that we as vendors were being looked after but that prospective buyers were as well. We really appreciated that culture across the Raine&Horne Marrickville team.
