Filippo and his team were always available to discuss matters relating to the sale of our property. He was professional and clear in his observations as well as being able to calmly discuss his ideas of how to obtain the best outcome for us. We really appreciated this attention to detail, confident in the knowledge the Filippo had all bases covered.

Filippo was helpful and engaging right from the start. He followed up any concerns we had in the lead up to the auction and always went out of his way to help us through the process. He was lovely to deal with and prompt in getting back to us. I would highly recommend Filippo as an agent.

Filippo did an amazing job with the sale of what was a very quirky but emotionally important property. He was excellent at working with us on developing and modifying the marketing plan. He worked particularly hard and effectively at the 'business end' of the transaction to get us a good deal. It was a privilege to see a professional in full flight.

Filippo had a great knowledge of the Summer Hill market and of potential buyers. He was very generous with his time and made sure to meet us in person to discuss the progress of the campaign. Especially as the campaign approached its end, he worked tirelessly to find us the best deal.
Filippo D'Arrigo
His market knowledge was spot on, he explained everything to me re marketing etc and the ins and outs of all the publicity and what he thought would suit my sale. He wasn’t pushy which suited me.

Filippo has an extensive understanding of the inner west property market and a great rapport with people. He understood what was important to us and did what he could to meet and adjust the approach where necessary to the market response. I would have no hesitation in using him again.

Fillipo helped us to buy our property off market, which was a much easier proccess than going through an auction. He met us at multiple house showings and recognised us each time. He had great knowledge of the market in Marrickville and helped us find the place that was right for us. This was invaluable as first time home buyers. Thank you Fillipo, we love our new apartment.

We highly recommend Filippo and his team at Raine and Horne Marrickville. From the beginning, Filippo took the time to understand our situation and tailored a plan to fit. Communication before and during the campaign was outstanding. Filippo achieved the result we wanted, and made the whole process as stress free as possible. He is professional, responsive, and has a deep understanding of the local market.

Fillippo and Monique gave us a warm welcoming and thorough introduction on site, with their own opinion on improvement potential - we find them to be really helpful . Monique has been kept in touch and so reponsive throughout this journey, and we are now looking forward to a smooth settlement with the team in due course!

Filippo just helped us to sell our one bedroom unit. He was fantastic. Communication, Service and market knowledge were outstanding. We were extremely busy during the time our unit was on the market and Filippo took on a lot of the leg work for us, so that we could focus on other things. His market knowledge is great and kept us informed how the market is changing. From the beginning to the end we knew that our unit was in good hands. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Fillippo was excellent and hassle free. Fillippo kept us in the loop on a daily basis and he went above and beyond in getting the buyer up to the sale price we wanted to achieve. He was very professional in all ways and always had our best interest at heart. We also chose Fillippo out of 3 other agents as we found him to be very caring and genuine and we have hesitations in recommending to sell your property. Thank you Fillippo and his team at Raine & Horne for getting us the hassle free outcome we were after.
