Filippo was very comfortable advising on what works were worth doing the property prior to sale, something the other agents I engaged were not willing to take the lead on. During the preparations he organised all the trades / dress furniture required with his contacts which made the process very easy for me. After being shown to a handful of potential buyers known to be interested in the type of property it was sold off market within a week for an price I was very happy with.
