We bought our property in Marrickville from Filippo and was so supported through the buying process that we returned when we sold the property. Even though we went on the market in the middle of lockdown Filippo and the team were endlessly supportive and gave us smart and timely advice throughout the process.

Fillipo has been my 'real estate counsellor' through the topsy turvy of purchasing a new home and selling my place in this crazy time. Always with a laugh and sound advice, Fillipo helped me secure a fantastic result. Thanks for coming on the journey!

Filippo was contantly available for contact and called me before the auction of the property to check I was confident with the process and the online bidding.

Very professional could not be faulted, always kept me in the loop every day without fail. Can recommend Fillippo to anyone that is wishing to sell especially in the inner west. His knowledge of the market is incredible, just about a encyclapedia on anything to do with selling and buying. VERY ASTUTE.

Filippo and Monique make an invincible team. Their knowledge, experience and professionalism is second to none. They were engaged and totally invested in the sale of my property; giving me sound advise which resulted in an incredible sale price. I would recommend any buyer or seller to have an informal chat with both these exceptional people; you will not be disappointed.

Trying to buy a house in lockdown faces lots of challenges. Filippo and his team were very receptive to our requests and enable us to feel really comfortable about the property heading into auction. Then during the challenges of online auctions they were always there for support. They're a great team.

Filippo has been very professional in all of our dealings with him and he worked very hard to secure us the best price for our home. Nothing was too much trouble. We were impressed that if he promised to do something or call us at a certain time, he always fulfilled that promise. We would have no hesitation in recommending Filippo to anyone else trying to sell a property in that area. Well done Filippo.
