Fillipo recently handled the sale of our unit in Marrickville. We were very happy with the service we received from him and his team. He has an excellent understanding of the local market and he devised a strategy that resulted in the best auction outcome that we could have hoped for. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending him. John Bishop & Karen Hunt

This is the sort of man you want on your side as you embark on a journey that is both exciting and a little frightening. Fillipo is an experienced and capable agent with an in depth knowledge of the local market. He is sensitive to your requirements and aspirations as the vendor and has insight into how best to market your property. The experience was as painless as possible, Filipo has flexible and insightful communication skills and works with a strong and supportive team. He is the ultimate professional without the jargon and patter sometimes associated with agents. I was very happy with his management of the process and the eventual outcome. I highly recommend him if you are considering selling or purchasing a property.

Fillippo was great. Calm and collected with the ability to have a real conversation without pushing and pulling to make things happen. Understanding about the circumstance purchasing a property comes with for normal people and answers questions in a way you can understand.

Filippo D’Arrigo came highly recommended to us for the sale of our family home and upon meeting him and his highly capable colleague Catherine Zatti it quickly became apparent why. Filippo’s marketplace knowledge, personal drive and integrity underpinned the successful sale of our property. We recommend the team of Filippo and Catherine be part of your sales strategy based on our experience. Col and Yvette Wenham

We bought a house locally where Fillipo was the selling agent and our experience with him then was positive. As it turned out, the buying process became ridiculously long and complicated through no fault of ours or Fillipo's, but he maintained regular communication and he did whatever he could to make the experience easier. However the main part of this review relates to Fillipo selling our house - he prepared us well, we were kept well informed at all stages about prospective purchasers and the outcome of all open home viewings and he was flexible with open home times as per our requests. His selling price estimation was high although we all became aware that this was a time where there was some uncertainty in the market. The house was passed in at auction but he explained the situation and our options clearly and promptly. Thereafter he maintained regular communication and didn't offer a hint of any pessimism about a sale, and within a week our house was sold for a price that we were happy with in the context of a less predictable market (and higher than the best offer at auction, so no complaints there). Fillipo was available any time to discuss house matters, and we never felt we had to go out of our way to do anything - the whole experience was as easy as could be hoped for, given that it is an emotional and daunting experience. We would recommend Fillipo and Catherine to other sellers in the Marrickville area.
