Michael looks the part. He appears professional, approachable and polite. Michael demonstrated a satisfactory knowledge of a somewhat volatile and unpredictable market giving reference to similar properties within the area. He also conveyed the vendors intentions clearly. On auction day it would have been nice to be approached by Michael considering we had made an early offer and informed him of our intention to purchase the property although this did appear to be a busy time for him. Michael assisted with lines of communication with the vendors whilst waiting for settlement which allowed planning to be conducted prior to occupancy.
