Filippo was knowledgeable about the local area, direct in his communication and was generally pleasant to deal with. However, the day before settlement he did not respond to my email requesting a pre-settlement inspection meaning I could not see the property again before it was settled. He apparently forgot when my settlement date was (despite sending the aforementioned email) and was unable to give me the keys to the property that day which was disappointing. The next day he agreed to bring the keys to my work but was several hours late in doing so. I also noticed that with other new buyers he gave them a bottle of champagne with their keys, I however did not.

Filippo was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Nothing was ever a problem and he would complete tasks immediately. I followed his advice and my unit sold for $150,000 above the reserved price. He was always contactable and kept me in the loop about the status of the property in terms of people placing offers, how many people showed interest in the property and general tidying up of the property. I cannot thank Fillipo enough and have no hesitations in totally recommending Fillippo at Raine & Horne Marrickville as the agent of choice for anyone buying or selling property. He was truly amazing and his staff was excellent as well.

We could not have asked for more from Filippo, Monique and the team. They went above and beyond in so many ways (including managing renovations while we were away on our honeymoon!) and reduced our stress wherever possible. All throughout the campaign, they were super accomodating and always in contact. Filippo was very thorough and patient with us (first time sellers), and stepped us through the whole process. This attitude was also extended to potential purchasers. We were already so happy and then he achieved an amazing result well above our expectations. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

We met Fil a few months into our apartment search and immediately noticed he wasn’t like other agents we had met. Fil is personable and wanted to understand what we were looking for to help us, not just trying to push everything at us whether it suited us or not. Unfortunately we were unsuccessful at the auction for the apartment we originally saw with him but throughout that process he kept us fully informed and arranged a private viewing to ensure we were ready and comfortable for the auction.
