We love our house in the Tasman Peninsula so it's important to us that we have the right tenants and of course the right property manager taking care of it. Especially as we live in Queensland. For 2 years we had an agent based in Hobart who didn't know the area and never looked beyond their immediate network to service our property and as a result our house and tenants suffered. We started researching property management for the area and found Michelle BROWN at Raine & Horne Sorell. What a relief! She is so easy to communicate with, actions things quickly and effectively and is innovative when her network doesn't meet needs immediately. Our only regret is that we didn't find her 2 years ago.
