Greg Jones comes across as an older style professional with no fuss. It was apparent he had local knowledge of the market and contacts. He supplied an assessment multipage document with a prediction of the market value before any commitment. This turned out to be very accurate and I was very pleased with the final sale price. He was very prompt at returning calls or texts and answering questions. I cannot fault the service I received and hence rated it 5 stars.
