About Michelle

Ask Michelle what she loves about her job and she’ll tell you it’s because no day is the same. Michelle joined the Raine & Horne Sorell team in 2019 after a long career in banking. Michelle is detail orientated, with a dedication to documentation, perfect attributes to posses as a Property Portfolio Manager. She is unrivalled in her note taking ability and prides herself on her ability to keep clients informed and “in the loop”. Michelle is an avid AFL fan and staunch 20 year supporter of the Collingwood Football Club, showing dedication and commitment. When Michelle isn’t streamlining processes and guiding our amazing team of Property Managers she can be found relaxing in nature or enjoying the warmth of a campfire with her family.

With a professional background in banking she specialises in asset management ensuring your property well looked after and matched with the right tenant. Her kind and thoughtful demeanour puts owners and tenants at ease and makes open communication a breeze. When Mirinda isn’t managing people and properties she’s a committed mother of two. On the weekends you’ll find her coaching the local basketball team, with her family, enjoying the beach or being “mum’s taxi”. You will find Lucy who will be working between both the Sorell & Orford Offices, based predominately on the East Coast of Tasmania where she has grown many long term relationships and built life-long connections. A well-respected member of the Orford community, Lucy brings enthusiasm, dedication and professionalism to the Raine & Horne Property Management Team. Growing up in St Helens and relocating to Orford in 2010, Lucy has a broad knowledge of the East Coast, and is familiar with the beautiful environment the East Coast has to offer.

Having grown up in the Southern Beaches area, Clancy has extensive local knowledge and has actively participated in numerous community projects and sports coordination over the years. In her free time, she enjoys baking and decorating cakes for her family and friends.

Clancy is amazing

Wanted to say how amazing Clancy in the rental team has been. She has managed our property for a long time and has always been so responsive, diligent, kind, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. However, the last few months she has gone above and beyond and truly exhibited outstanding service. We are selling our property (with another agency) yet she has seen the handover through right till the end. Her emails are also so informative, clear, helpful and she has made the process seamless. I have managed many staff in my time and worked with large teams, and she is a true gem and one I am sure you take good care of. Very much appreciate everything she has done and just wanted to take the time to share the feedback. You never know what is to come, if we end up with needing another rental agent in Tassie or if any friends ask for recommendations – I will absolutely ensure we send people your way.
