From the first meeting with Charles, he gained my confidence as a vendor and I knew he was the man for the job. He provided me with some tips to prepare my home for the start of the auction campaign that were invaluable, and no doubt the timber floors being done a certain way was a huge factor in the price he achieved for me (very good tip!). Jacqueline was always incredibly prompt and through with feedback after every open for inspection and any questions I had were quickly attended to.
