Great Agent.
Derrick is a very nice young man. We were actually the purchasers of his clients properties and he has been very kind, personable, friendly, honest and hard working. Top guy and real estate agent!
Jay was genuine and decent in his approach to selling our house. There was no tricks or mind games which gave us piece of mind because, when your trusting somebody to sell one of the most valuable items you own, it is important you feel confident in them, not only as an agent but as an all round person. Very happy with the service and professionalism of both ils and Ian. They have a great knowledge of the area and a proven sales track record. Communication was excellent and you were always kept up to date with the sale procedure. Between their eye for detail and their extensive list of contractors you can he assured your house is prepared and sold for a fantastic price. Couldn't be more happy!!
