I’ve been involved in plenty of Real Estate transactions in the past. The key to any smooth transition is having people who work for you that know their stuff. Derrick has worked the Crestmead area for a long time, has the knowledge and passion for the industry, and therefore achieved the right result for us. A satisfactory sale, with plenty of updates along the way. A December settlement has meant a perfect Xmas for the family. Thanks Derrick

We have no trouble recommending Derrick to anyone. We found him to be very personable and direct and responded to our requests for information. He was attuned to our needs and went beyond his brief to finalise the settlement. Congratulations on a job well done!! Best wishes Peter Mooney

Derrick communicated with us promptly and kept us up to date with all communications. We were selling an investment property and are Interstate, Derrick went above and beyond to assist us and made the selling of our property straight forward. We felt we could trust Derrick in leaving everything in his hands, which was valuable. I would highly recommend Derrick to others.

I have known Derrick for a lot of year and had no hesitation in asking him to be our agent to sell our first home. From the first interaction with Derrick in a professional environment he set our minds at ease knowing that he is one of the few genuine realestate agents and not there just for the sale but to ensure we as sellers were well informed and gave us direction in how to make our home more appealing to all buyers. We would love to recommend Derrick to anyone who is either looking at selling or buying. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything that you did to get us a wonderful result from a first open home sale.
