Awesome agent - Professional and Trustworthy
Derrick was great to deal with. He was very professional and had great knowledge of the selling location. He was very trustworthy, understood our needs as a seller and was very approachable. Derrick was able to provide us with great marketing options for the sale of our house which was fantastic as we already had a contract on another house and needed a quick sale. We only had our house on the market for around 4weeks and he exceeded our expectations through the whole process.

The Perfect Agent
When I decided to sell my property I interviewed 5 agents to get a feel of the market and to learn about selling techniques at the same time. Ils and husband Ian were so easy to talk too. Their knowledge proved to be 100% correct. After discussing my needs, Ils and Ian gave me advice, and practical tips to get me the price I wanted, and in the time frame I requested. They also gave me a book to read, to learn about what to expect when selling a home and the best way to present it. My house sold for $17 000 above asking price, and this can only be put down to the Townley Team experience and knowledge. Their integrity and honesty is second to none.

Chris and His Team Were Amazing!!!
Recently we sold our first home through Chris Gilmour and his team at All Properties Group. As it was our first home, we were unsure of what to do or where to go.
