We engaged chris well before entering the market to see if there was any improvement to be made too aid in selling our home. Chris gave us a few ideas and suggestions which no doubt in my mind help sell our home at the best price for the market at the time. Had we used one of the non commission or fixed priced agents we would not have received a fair value price on our home and walked away with a far less sale price. Very happy with chris gilmore and his team. Highly recommend and will use again.
