What a team!! Thank you both so much for all your hard work and constant attention during the recent sale of our property. Even though it was Jeff's name on the contract (and I assume that is why I've been asked to complete this survey in his name) I consider that my main contact at First National Altitude was Jordyn Ode, who was outstanding with her communication and negotiation skills. She rang me very regularly all the way through the process and made smart choices to ensure we, the client, were being represented to the best of her ability. She made us feel important and valuable, and never hesitated to put our wishes first. Jeff took over the sale when Jordyn required some time away from the office due to a family medical emergency, however she still maintained contact with us and kept us updated during this difficult time. Jeff and Jordyn worked exceptionally well as a team and we couldn't have been happier with the service we received. It's wonderful to see the more experienced agents working as mentors to the younger agents. When I mentioned how impressed i was with Jordyn, and that 'she' was the reason we were signing up with First National Altitude, he said in front of her that "Jordyn is one of our rising stars". How lovely for him to say this in front of her, as she most certainly did deserve this praise! Well done Jeff!
