We were very happy with Duncan's guidance on the sale of our apartment in Crows Nest. His appraisal of the property was spot on, and the minor renovations that he suggested made a huge difference to the look and feel of it. At all stages of the sale process, he provided clear information about what he would do, and what we needed to do - he then followed up with tradespeople, strata, etc. as needed. The process ran very smoothly and we were pleased with the result.

As I was overseas during the sales, Duncan handled most of the tasks that would otherwise have fallen on the owner. During the process he kept me informed with messages, calls and emails. He was patient and helped guide me through the sales process. When I was pessimistic about achieving the target price, he helped convince me to trust his market knowledge. In the end we were happy with the price achieved. In summary I would recommend Duncan as a goto agent for selling and/or renting properties in the North Shore area. (He handled the renting of my property for 20 plus years while we were overseas!)
