I am located in WA so everything was done over the phone and knowing that Andrew and his team were there for me was a great source of comfort for me. Being a first home buyer it was really important for me to know I was dealing with a trusted agent who understood my circumstances and didn't push me beyond my comfort zone. Right from the start Phyllis was really accommodating with my requests to view the property multiple times (to allow my family to visit from interstate), answer any questions or concerns I had, and accommodate my needs to extend the settlement period so that I could have a stress free settlement process. I felt very comfortable being up front about my budget with Phyllis and I appreciated that she didn't pressure me into stretching this prior to auction day or on the auction day itself (contrary to the experiences I had with other agents). She takes care of both buyers and sellers. I would highly recommend Phyllis to anyone and would work with her again.

Kate was great. On open day, she showed us through the unit even though we were late and then took the time to point out the features of the unit and to answer specific questions. She kept in touch through out the sale and even helped us when we came in to the office to pick up the keys. This sort of personal service is unusual and much valued.
