Having appointed Peter as our agent for the sale of our home we relied on him firstly to prepare a marketing campaign and secondly to find a ready willing and able buyer by either auction or private negotiation Peter explained the process and benefits of an auction emphasizing the importance of setting a reserve which would enable bidders to quickly become aware that they we’re bidding for the property rather than the right of first refusal. The marketing campaign identified clearly the features of our home and was long enough to identify potential buyers and give them sufficient time to be able to bid. Peter reported to us after each open day and private inspection. In doing so he demonstrated an understanding and appreciation of the views of interested parties and when possible maintained their interest in the property. As auctioneer Peter was outstanding. Everyone attending the auction had been forewarned that due to COVID the auction would be conducted outside in the rain. Despite the unfavourable conditions Peter quickly engaged the interested parties and conducted the auction efficiently, timely and Successfully. From the first time we met Alex we could tell there was something different about her, she was the most genuine agent we came across when looking to sell our house. Alex had a vision for how our house could look with the right styling and some minor renovations and saw the true potential of our home. Andrew's approach to the sale of our investment property was professional and comprehensive. Andrew and his team managed every aspect of the sale brilliantly. Beyond advertising and assiduous follow-up of potential buyers, Andrew made arrangements for a new tenancy for the incumbent tenant, arranged repairs, gardening, and styling, and tactfully dealt with the neighbours when an issue arose. Andrew even came out at 9 in the evening (in the rain!) to check out the property and talk to the police when a break-in occurred while the house was vacant before sale. Although the sale occurred during the social restrictions of the Covid time, Andrew and his team had a carefully thought through approach to successfully manage this as well. No problems, only solutions. Needless to say, with all this attention to detail, the sale went extremely smoothly and we obtained a price well above expectations for our property.
