When she first told me what she thought she could get for the property, I was sceptical, but after following her excellent advice in relation to presentation, we put the property to market. To my surprise, our first offer came in after only one open-house and was substantially higher that what I was expecting. A second, higher offer soon followed and the property was promptly sold. I believe that our sales result was entirely attributable to Phyllis' knowledge of her market and her good negotiation skills. I highly recommend her services and will use her again for selling other property in the future.

I was very happy with the outcome of the sale of my property. Overall Jake did an excellent job and I would highly recommend his services as my unit sold very quickly. The only disappointing issue I had was the agents fee. I felt as an existing client with Ray White for 2 years, and after discussion with one of the directors about agent fees, I would have expected a better reduction then $100 which I felt which should have been better.
