Treston is by far the most efficient and most capable real estate agent I have met. During 30+ years of my life in Australia me and my wife have bought and sold a numerouse properties in Melbourne and Canberra and experienced multiple sales agents. Treston is the best among all. Shortly before dealing with Treston I had tried to sell the same property through another agency. A number of times after spending so much effort in preaparing the house for inspection, the feedback was that “no one attended” Their performance was way below that of Ray White which was managed and executed by Treston. That previous experience was so disappointing and waste of time, effort and money. When Treston stepped in, confidence came back. At first inspection we had a good number of people through with few showing real interest and second inspection put the house Under Offer. After that Treston competently liaised with both sides to complete the deal at a reasonably fair price that every one was happy. I remember, due to my previous biter experience as already mentioned, I was asking for less but Treston did exceptionally well in bringing the price up to the reasonable level. I really appreciate that and like to say again many thanks for a job perfectly done.

Treston kept me informed of people viewing the property. Sebastian did a great job in promoting and eventually selling our property at a time when the housing market in the ACT is tightening. I appreciate Sebastian's soft spoken, friendly manner, his excellent knowledge of the Kaleen housing market. Sebastian's feed back and report during the time of more than 3 weeks' display of the property have always kept us abreast of the level of interest our property received during the display. Sebastian's extensive client base were in full evidence with the number of visits to the display home especially with the high number of attendance and number of bidders at the auction. Lied to me a number of times. I made an offer before auction and she laughed at my offer and did not pass it onto seller. However, in the end I got the property cheaper than my original offer. Phyllis's auction was appalling, only I turned up. I made an offer, she then yelled in my face in front of a bunch of witnesses for me to increase my price. As a buyer every time I saw her she seemed like she was in a panicking state, I felt sorry for her. But knew that if I stayed strong I could get a great buy, which I did. However, I stopped feeling sorry for her until I found out she lied about the story of her sellers and the abuse I received from after I purchased the property. In the end I believe I picked up a great house for the price but if I was the seller I would have been disgusted with Phyllis's efforts, she's very judgemental. Sellers and buyers be careful!
