Andrew and his team work extremely hard and know what they are doing. They are on hand and easy to talk to and contact regarding any questions we had and kept us informed all through the process. Genuine and transparent, Andrew and Micky were honest about expectations and what we could expect throughout the whole process, the realities and their honesty ensured that we were prepared for any outcome to the process. In our circumstances, selling and still living in the house was tough; Andrew and Micky made a point of acknowledging the hard work we did to ensure that house was presented well and kept this way for the duration of that marketing process, as tough as it was. Andrew also acknowledged our past dealings with him and ensured that we knew the repeat business was appreciated.
