We interviewed 4 different agents for selling our kaleen property and Sebastian was one of them. All the other 3 agents told us that the estimated sale price will be around low 700k. However, only Sebastian was very confident that he could get us around mid 700k or even higher. Both my husband and I decided to go with Sebastian. We didn't just blindly trust his words. The real reason was the impression we got from him was all very positive. Apart from his charming looks and fancy suits.
