Jake was fantastic throughout the whole process of selling our first house. He provided honest feedback on the current market and told us what we needed to do to get top dollar. Jake showed extensive knowledge and experience of the Dunlop area. He was supportive and understanding of our particular needs and our limited experience in selling. I felt like I was in good hands. Jake continually communicated with us in each stage of the campaign and provided us feedback from potential buyers. Our original campaign was to go to auction but this was unsuccessful, Jake ensured us not to settle for less and to continue to market the house after it had passed in. After a few more weeks on the market he was able to negotiate with our buyer a price that was close to what we wanted. Jake continued to put our needs and interest in getting top dollar as a priority rather than just making a sale. It was great to have Jake on our side.

We found Jake to be extremely knowledgeable, honest and a great listener. Jake and Lisa called us weekly to let us know of any new properties that were coming onto the market, as well a weekly email which gave us a profile and link to Allhomes. Jake listened to what our family needs were and did not waste our time with houses which were not going to be suitable. When our home came on the market Jake called and said “Kelly I have found your family a home! This is the one”. He was as excited about our journey as we were. I can’t thank Jake and Lisa enough for their knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm that they display. They went above and beyond with assisting with the broker and Lawyer and keeping us informed with the process of buying a house. I highly rate Jake and Lisa and would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house, because you know that you will get honesty, loyalty and great service. I am going to miss our weekly calls.

Treson was wonderful to deal with - a great example of how the stress of buying a home can be minimised with an experienced, engaged agent. Treston was really responsive to our questions throughout the entire experience. He was was frank and upfront which helped us to build a sense of trust in his knowledge and experience. While it was always very clear that Tretson was advocating for his clients, I felt that there was a genuine wish for us as buyers to be happy with the overall outcome.
