Andrew and his team were able to get a lot of people through the property as was evidenced by the 70 people at the auction. We had 7 bidders which is more than most auctions recently in the area (only 1 to 3 bidders in recent auctions) He was always well mannered and courteous. He was open with us on aspects of the process and worked well with his team. He responded to our request to put advertisements in the newspaper which was not part of the standard Ray White approach. Although busy with other clients he made it to all our open homes and provided us with feedback within 24 hours.
