I was recommended Andrew by our financial advisor. The process was a bit disjointed at first as Christmas and the holidays were in the middle of the preparation for the marketing. There was also some delays with my tenant vacating the property however once the campaign commenced it all went smoothly. The presentation of the home was great and the styling surpassed all of my expectations and definitely added to the end result. The house was only on the market for 4 days before being sold and contracts exchanged on the fifth day. The selling price also exceeded my expectations and Andrew did a great job of negotiating the final result. He is very professional in his approach and always available to answer any concerns I had.
