Treston stepped in to assist a colleague in selling our property at very short notice the day before our house was listed. He was very quickly able to get across the details of our property, our circumstances and our expectations. After only five days on the market and two open houses, Treston secured a pre-auction offer that was well above our price expectations! Treston loves what he does - selling real estate and when someone loves what they do , most times they are good at it! Treston is good! His communication skills and market knowledge are excellent both for the seller and buyer and his follow up saying "Hi, just touching base to make sure everything is OK" is quite unheard of. Also Treston isn't pushy but he has an inate way of getting a satisfactory result for everyone involved. I will be using Treston again , next time as a seller.
