Andrew Lonsdale impressed me from our first meeting. He was professional, but friendly and warm, very easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable about selling my home. Andrew had answers to all my questions, and was very helpful in other ways, even to the extent of providing names of tradesman that he trusted to do good work for a few tasks that were needed to prepare the house for sale. In my experience, good tradesmen are hard to find at all, much less on short notice, so this was a bonus. Everything about the sale was choreographed beautifully by Andrew and his associate Philly, with a minimum of fuss and very little effort on my part. This was very important for me as I needed to be out of the country for work during much of the process. This was only possible because I was confident that everything was in good hands with Andrew and his team. Even the auction was held while I was in another country. Together, Andrew and the auctioneer prepared me for the event, and I am very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Andrew, and I feel like I made a new friend during the process!
