Well managed Agent
Had a smooth transition on moving to property managed by Ray White. Less paperwork and everything managed online which made easier to review and submit documents.

issue with keys
had a few issues regarding keys, have been told we cant get a key to the garage door that is next to our house was told we have to walk to the street and down the drive way to access our storage cage and bins when we have a door and stairs one step away from our front door. we also advised we don't have a letter box key, we were told to send a photo of the keys even though they were already photo graphed on the condition report and you could clearly see the key wasn't there. had to wait almost 2 weeks to get told we can pick it up right before the level 4 lock down so we still cannot access our letter box. we have had numerous deliveries slips left in the letter box we cant get.

Excellent Agency

An Unpleasant Experience
I and my housemate recently rented an apartment at Mimosa Road in Carnegie and our experience has been nothing short of terrible. First of all, there was no information given to us about the building being locked in with certain providers for electricity, water etc. during the inspection which I feel is a big factor as not everyone wants to be locked in with a provider they are uncomfortable with or that does not offer a competitive price. The agent who showed us around Keith was really nice though and very professional. However, in my 5 years of renting this has by far been the most stressful and worse experience. For starters, the property agent changed 3 times even before we moved in. This created utter confusion as to who to contact regarding any doubts and queries. I found my dealings with the property manager Eli Falach to be quite unprofessional. I found myself running around in circles with regards to securing utility connections with the property manager being utterly uninformed. For example, I found out after myriad phone calls and emails that the building had an embedded network when I communicated this outrightly to the Property Manager he sent a email stating that ConnectNow the service which they referred us to for setting up connections was wrong. This was despite me indicating that I had communicated with them and they had done the necessary due diligence. There were similar instances in relation to securing Water and Gas connections. I seriously expected better from a big Agency like RayWhite but this has been a terrible and unnecessarily stressful experience and I find myself questioning my decision to move out from current place and shifting agencies as well. I sincerely hope no one else goes through such a horrible experience. Finally, I hope there is great disclosure when inspecting properties such as more info about embedded networks and the providers that you are likely to be locked in.

Would have appreciated more information
The apartment I got has come with so many additional costs that were not outlined in the ad and I was not informed off by the agent. Would have appreciated having all the information before I made a decision.
