Great agency!

Not the easiest experience
We had some issues with the keys . We were told two sets would be provided but we had several keys that we didn’t know what they were for and only one key for a main door . Also we were only given one garage door opener for a double garage . This shouldn’t have happened . Creating two exact sets of keys is part of the contract and should be provided by the agents .

Bad service keeps getting worse
Been six years with them only found out their service is getting a lot worse, increasing fees, impatient and rude messages, etc They are big in the local but far away from good. Just google for an alternative stay away from Ray White Carnegie

Very difficult and extremely slow communication
I applied for a rental through this agency. I had to ring to prompt them to process the application, they did not read all the way through my application, when I asked to borrow the keys to inspect the property after I had paid the bond and deposit the communication was slow and basically went around in circles with each person I spoke to or emailed, when I was finally able to get the keys and look through the property it was in horrendous condition and I had to fight to get a cleaner to go in and do a proper clean (how the past tenant was allowed to leave it in this condition and the fact that the landlord and agency thought it as "adequate" is beyond me). Very disappointed and I've only just started the lease with this agency so the next 12 months will be interesting.

The entire team at Ray white Carnegie have been on top of every issue. Nothing to much trouble all while providing a friendly yet effective outcome to every challenge. We could not recommend them highly enough to either someone trying to make first contact with an agent or to anyone that is over dealing with agents who treat you like an inconvenience.
