Covid success
Considering the current lockdown, all of the agents made this a really easy process, particularly Alex, who kept in touch and ensured all questions were answered, even when I called right on 8am! I appreciate the ease of this whole process!

A big thank you to the team at Ray White Carnegie... Our property in Richmond which the Carnegie team manage recently became vacant after 18 months. In what is certainly a challenging rental market, the Carnegie property management team were extremely supportive and proactive in marketing the property and finding us a new tenant over a 4 week campaign. A big thank you to Liam and Alex who looked after our week day and weekend opens. I was very appreciative of the communication before each open and follow up after each open for inspection. The boys provided plenty of feedback on potential tenants after each open and were very extremely positive that we would find a suitable tenant. I would have now hesitation in recommending Liam, Alex or the Carnegie Property Management team to any new landlord. TonyT

Good Agency, but...
Being first time renters in Melbourne, we had a pretty smooth transition with the rental process. The agency and agents are good, and respond well to emails. However, surprisingly - we difficult to get hold on the phone.
