In general terms the rental property group deliver good results, such as follow up with maintenance works, advertising property newly available for lease and responding to requests. Occasionally a quick reminder to check if rent has been paid and a quick follow through for this. We have worked with the Carnegie agency for a number of years now and have enjoyed a good relationship with it.

The Property Manager was helpful. The kitchen though wasn’t the cleanest, with wood chips in the drawers in the kitchen, and dirt in the cupboards under the sink.

We have been with Ray White for 8 years and our previous property manager Rebecca Trevison was fantastic and we felt well looked after. Rebecca even found us this property when the owner of our previous address asked us to vacate as he was selling the property. However when we moved into 14 Caleb St East Bentleigh the property was unclean. There was crumbs, old chewing gum, old food bits and dead insects in the drawers and cupboards. The cupboard doors were all greasy. The ceiling fans were dirty and mostly blocked with particular matter. The shower drains were filled with black mould. The window screens were coated in dust and dirt. It has cost me $425 in cleaning services to get it to a point where I could unpack. It took an extra week to set up incurring significant loss of income. I tried to call and email the contact person but they didn't return my calls or emails. I've now received an email to say that this person isn't the property manager. I've now been sent the property managers details however he hasn't contacted me so I'm wondering if the previous communication has been passed on. We currently have a number of issues that need attending too. The whole process has been exceedingly stressful and we feel let down. Now that we have cleaned the property and finally unpacked and set up we do like our new home and I'm very grateful to Rebecca for helping us find this place. Regards Helen Hughan and Robert Hay

So far so good. We haven't moved in yet, however the experience to date has been a good one. Having everything electronic has been great, not having to print and sign leases was perfect. I would highly recommend Tegan, she had great customer service when communicating about the property and answering our questions. She definitely made us feel welcome and that it will be a positive experience ongoing.
