Great Agency
Ray White has been my agent for 5.5 years and they have always look after my property needs especially with re-leasing and communicating with the tenant. They have also provided me with good advice in terms of rental. Would recommend Ray White.

Fast and easy
Rebecca was very quick to complete all the procedures, from offer to picking up keys, it took only 2 days. She did this while she had another personal emergency she had on at the time too. Overall it was very professional and an organized process.

An amazing experience!
My wife and I moved to Melbourne two weeks ago and there was an obvious urgency to find a rental property before we burnt a huge hole in our wallets on hotel bills. Unaware as to the process, we got a crash course on how it all works and inspected close to a dozen properties in a week and a half. Although we were successful in close to 75% of our applications, it always felt as if we were compromising on what we wanted from a rental property. That all changed after I got an email from Joanna Millar. Not only did she agree to a private inspection of the property (at 8:30 AM no less!), she was very patient in answering all my questions and offering her professional advice as and when it was asked of her. From inspection of the property, to application submission, to approval and finally to the collection of the keys, the process was seamless and stress-free. It certainly felt like Joanna expedited the process, thereby allowing us to move into the property at the earliest. In closing, a sincere thank you to Joanna and to Ray White!
