They take care to update me every step along the way from my property being ready for rental, all the various marketing methods, open house inspections, who booked in for inspection vs how many came vs applied. They were also very diligent in doing all the required tenant checks and rental history to make sure I get a good tenant. Overall I am very happy with their level of service & would highly recommend. They show their engagement by giving us regular updates on new information and constantly coming over to our property to make sure it is in good condition and ready for inspection.
