We have previously dealt with Kevin before so decided to engage him again to sell our property. Kevin and his dedicated team, Mia, Nakita and Stefan are consistent every time, consistently delivering great results, communicating effectively and just a great pleasure to have them acting for us. Our property was sold off-market which also meant Kevin and his team had to use their internal network to advertise our property. Throughout the process, they were proactive in finding us the right buyer and keeping us updated as well as being respectful of the inspection times given we have a little one. And on top of all of that, they gave us a great result which exceeded our expectation! We cannot recommend them enough and if we get the opportunity again, we will not hesitate to engage Kevin and his team again.

We had been looking for about a year and throughout that time, Kevin answered every text and call with such understanding, patience and kindness. We finally purchased. We are first home buyers and it’s all a bit daunting, but Kevin has made it so easy.

When we decided to put our house on the market , I rang two agents one being Kevin Chokshi from Ray White Cheltenham , and the other from another well known Agency in Charman rd , I am still waiting for that agency’s reply .. From the moment I rang Kevin he was on the ball, he knows his market , he has a strong team behind him and they went above and beyond our expectation . We were kept informed throughout the marketing campaign and he was always positive , He communicates well with everybody and his Auctions are something to watch, resulting in positive results . I would highly recommend Kevin and his team @ Ray White Cheltenham. Thank you Kevin for a Fantastic result.

We invested a lot of time meeting with many real estate agents in the local area and upon meeting Kevin instantly knew his approach was different to the rest. Instead of getting the hard sell and ‘pressure to sign’ you get from the average agent, we honestly felt Kevin genuinely wanted to help and assist us as much as possible to make the right decision for us and did this by staying in close contact and providing useful information about the current market and selling trends. When it was time to sign we knew Kevin and his team were the right people to represent us and achieve the best possible result. The campaign, from marketing right through to sale, was handled extremely professionally and treated with enthusiasm and care from start to finish. They didn’t stop working hard for us until the job was done! ‘Team Chokshi’ are just that, a fantastic team that is clearly at the top of their game. All promises were kept and the things we highlighted as important to us in our early conversations were not forgotten which can happen all too often in a fast paced real estate industry. I usually don’t like recommending people and services in fear they will have a different experience to me but I honestly have no hesitation in recommending Kevin and his team as it is evident they love what they do and are successful because they are genuine about the commitments they make to their clients.

Kevin, Nakita and the Team at Ray White Cheltenham were amazing from start to finish! We had 2 different agents come through our home prior to selling, to see who we felt the most comfortable with. Kevin got our vote hands down!! He came prepared with a full property pack, including the kinds of reports we would receive during the campaign, Agent profile information, previous campaign results, advertising costs, marketing calender and chocolates!! Kevin and Nakita met our dog Chilli on this first meeting, and 2 days later we received a ceramic dog bowl with Chilli's name printed! Over and above!!! Needless to say we said please sell our home. We felt relaxed and informed throughout the campaign with regular reports with how many people had sent an enquiry regarding our property, requested section 32's, stat updates from realestate.com, and daily touch points through our WhatsApp group they set up. We also had face to face meetings throughout this time which really helped us feel like we were in good hands. We were extremely happy with the result on Auction Day, and the way it ran. We had Agents coming in and out of the house keeping us updated on how the auction was tracking, and we sold over Reserve! How could we not, with Kevin running the show! He is an absolute superstar!!! Trustworthy, fun, approachable and so professional I can not recommend him enough to anyone looking to get their home valued and to trust to sell their home!!

Kevin's market knowledge and commutation skill is exceptional. Have bought and sold using Kevin, he looks after the interests of both parties. We will never use another agent again. Both Kevin Chokshi and Mia Aleardi kept us informed through out the entire process; their skill and commitment can only be described as effortless. Their market knowledge of the area and marketing campaign was the best I have seen. At auction time; what can I say, other than professional. The end result sensational.

Kevin was great to work with and used his skills and knowledge of the industry to reach a most favorable outcome for us. His strategic skills of negotiation helped deliver a most successful auction result. He was a great communicator and good to bounce ideas off. Kevin was a pleasure to do business with. Attentive and courteous, he was genuinely interested in guiding us through the difficult process of selling the family home of 55 years. I enjoyed the personal touches- flowers and champagne on auction day!! Thank you Kevin and the team.

We are so happy we entrusted Kevin and his team, Mia, Nakita and Stefan to handle the sale of our property. Kevin came highly recommended by friends and family and he and the team more than met our expectations! If we were to identify what set them apart, it would be their genuine commitment to securing for us the best possible outcome, their knowledge of the market, their enthusiasm and great communication throughout the whole process. Kevin and the team were a delight to deal with and we whole heatedly recommend them. John and Denise Hurle.
